I'm pretty responsive to messages that I receive, but I'm working on respecting business hours and boundaries. I try and keep my business replies between 8:00-17:00 Central time.

Even in business correspondence, you can address me with just my name; I don't use gendered honorifics like "Mr." or "Sir".
